Women’s Fall soccer starts August 25th!
We now allow girls ages 16 and over to play in the BASL Women’s Division. You must be at least 18 to play coed!
We are also looking for a Women’s assistant director to help recruit and organize this division.
Teams Guaranteed 8-10 games! Cost is $65 per player
Deadline to get your team in is August 18th. If you have 7 players registered and paid by August 11th then your captain plays for free. Just email the league after the 7th player has paid at baslopensoccer@gmail.com asking for your free captain status.
Games will be on Sunday and/or Wednesday depending on the majority of captains preference listed in the survey they completed when registering a team.
We will be using Huffman, Blue Cypress, 9a/baymeadows, Eagle Habor, Plantation/Veterans/Aberdeen Parks on Sunday mornings/afternoons and Wednesday evenings. We are looking at adding more fields on weeknights. If anybody knows of a field with lights that BASL could rent in the evenings please contact Bryan Meyer through baslopensoccer@gmail.com
BASL used to provide a $15 discount to women players playing for Coed and for Women’s Division teams. This discount has been discontinued and instead we are providing an even better playing opportunity called the Gold Player status and this is offered to all BASL players. Follow the link to have any of your questions answered and get signed up. http://www.basl.com/home/396001.html This program gives you even a further discount and allows you to play on multiple divisions/venues! This is financially more benefitial for those dedicated to playing 2 or more times per week.
For player registration your captain has to add you to your team roster first and then you can click on make a payment from your teams home page. Captains please be sure each player on your roster has a head photo shot (this will help cut down on any illegal players), birthdate, email, contact phone number, zip code (this will help us figure out where most of our players are coming from and we can try to get more fields closer to everybody).

If you are a woman looking to join a team or a captain looking to add players to your roster please go to the basl bulletin board and post. It can be found on the right hand side on our homepage at www.basl.com or again at your division page in the top left corner
