SOCCER AND FITNESS TRAINING
$30 per hour per person
$45 for 1.5 hour per person
$60 for 2 hours per person
Ages 4 and up.
Up to 6 kids/adults per trainer
BASL manages Soccer specific trainers on staff who are dedicated in the field of Sports Management and are outright active competitive athletes.
You explain to us what aspect(s) of your game you want to improve on. Then we go out and match you with an appropriate trainer(s) on our staff.
Hours typically available are-
Sunday all day
Monday before 6:30pm
Tuesday before 6:30PM
Wednesday all day
Thursday before 6:30pm
Friday before 6:30pm
Saturday all day
*Why let just the kids have all the fun? We train adults in both fitness and soccer too. We specialize in body weight excercises, agility, speed, core strength, technical, tactical, team leadership, and sport psychology.
