For existing players.  Please add the player to your roster.  Please send a email to baslopensoccer@gmail.com to get pass made. A pass will not be given out though until we have recieved payment.

For new players.  Please add player to your roster.  Fill in all the Data including DOB,email, address and upload a head shot picture.  For information on adding pictures http://www.fssl.com/Forms/FSSL%20player%20pass%20photos.pdf

Once the picture and needed information has been uploaded into the system, and the player has paid please send us an email. 

I would recommend to short circuit the process once a player has paid they send us the receipt of thier payment.

Captains ~ Some of you are going to have problems with your player passes as they are not head shots.  I recommend that you upload a good picture and have the pass remade.

Pass Deadlines:

Sunday Games - All information into the league by 12:00 noon Thursday

Tuesday Games - All information into the league by 8:00 am Monday

Wednesday Games - All information into the league by 8:00 am Tuesday
